Oregon vs. Kansas St. promises to be a barn burner

The college football world is buzzing about the matchup in the Fiesta Bowl between No. 4 Oregon (11-1, 8-1 Pac-12) and No. 5 Kansas State (11-1, 8-1 Big 12). The game kicks off at 5:30 p.m Jan. 3 at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. 

The Fiesta Bowl could be "a shootout for the ages," says the Register-Guard.

The Kansas City Star says Oregon poses "a high powered challenge" for Kansas State in the Fiesta Bowl.

The Associated Press predicts the Fiesta Bowl will be "a doozy" of a game.

The Bleacher Report says the Fiesta Bowl pits two of college football's best minds and will be "one of the best BCS bowls ever."

The Oregonian offers a sneak peak at the game and predicts an Oregon victory.

ESPN's on-air talent called the matchup "maybe the best BCS game outside the national championship" on the BCS Selection Show.
